Supper Dec. 16
Chicken, for me highly spiced wings,
For Jeanne, less spicy thighs.

Re: Supper Dec. 16
Oh yes! What more can I say?
We've had a very busy office day today - dictating, fielding phone calls, typing reports, and a very productive visit from our incredibly knowledgeable computer guru, who sorted the scanner out for us!
I knew I had to use yesterday's Ciabatta bread; so, I roasted a couple of chicken breasts earlier and let them rest to room temperature. I had some roasted red peppers and tossed them in the Cuisinart with some olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, s & p to make a Coulis. So, we're trying to figure out what next, when my DH suggested we make a tapinade from some green and black olives! And so, our supper was born.
I briefly boiled some savoy cabbage whilst rendering some pancetta bacon. I then tossed the cabbage in with the pancetta.
Unfortunately I can't post a pic! Seems as though the gremlins have now taken over. When I try to post a picture all I get is something which is not even in Photobucket!.

Photobucket wasn't working yesterday
I tried 6 times to upload one pic of the cat and it would not load. after several more tries it finally did
I had a heck of a time just getting into PB
I noticed now with their new version, the contact link, you can't ask them for help any more
all they have is suggestions but no place to send them a message.
