Not for the Squeamish!

Three new toilets put in this morning.
All comfort height and two have extended bowls.

When we did the family bathroom a couple of years ago we put in one of these toilets and they're great. Good for people with hip, knee or back problems!

You're able to see just a 'hint o' pink' behind one of them. That's what we had to contend with when we first came into this house. Almost all the walls were pink, and the carpets were a dirty pink!

Jazz:

To the top of the bowl rim they're between 16 and 16 1/2 inches

With the ring portion of the lid closed the height is about 17 1/4 inches.
With the top portion of the lid closed the height is just over 18 inches.

18" is the standard seat height of a chair.

Mine are 18 inches with the cover down

My daughters is so low I need her to help me. I feel like I am going to fall when I sit down. I hate hers

Guess I always thought mine were standard size

For some undogly reason, the only toilet in MY house is exactly 14 inches from floor to seat. Yes, I do mean 14 inches, I measured it.

I am 5 ft 5 inches tall...I fall onto it...

There are times I think I will stay there and set for the rest of my life...maybe should get some eggs from Inge!

My bedroom walls are still a dirty dusty pink. Dem brownies will not come and repaint for me...I think I will stop believing in them.

What Bliss, BBQ...I am glad for you!

Ok Liz I am 5ft 4. Now imagine when h decides to lift the seat and not put it down as he usually does not do in middle of night. I end up in this cold dark hole cursing bloody murder to come and help me.And of course the rim is so so cold. I wont go into detail but the ladies know what I am talking about. Jazz

I went into a construction field office in Sudbury that had two girls working in it. After I came out of the washroom I asked the Project Supervisor why he had not trained them to put the seat up when they were done. He smirked.
