Supper 13 Aug
Most of our meals seem to revolve around the glut of tomatoes we have!
Tonight I roasted some Gold Dust, Black and Green Zebra, and an Italian Noire. I put in a little fresh garlic, olive oil, and some oregano from the garden, and roasted at a very low heat for about 2 1/2 hours. It looked very pretty going into the oven, but very ugly when it came out, but oh my the taste was divine. All the flavours were concentrated.
Served with roasted pork tenderloin and roasted taters. An easy meal.

Looks delicious Brenda. We have a wondeful Tomatoe patch but they are slow to ripen.
