A little girl & her dog.

As part of the Bradford Carrot Festival yesterday, there was a dog dock jumping contest; the finals are today.

The youngest trainer was a little girl who toppled off the end of the dock as her dog jumped. I was the only one of the three of us together shooting the event to catch it.

It was funny but I felt sorry for the girl.

Camera right are viewing bleachers, to the left is where the announcer & judges reside. Everyone is focused on the dogs as they jump & only a few noticed the girl topple until after the splash-down. I had still another frame with the splash but thought these three told enough.
