My peace rose in...October?
I just cant believe this weather. Its incredible. We had a biatch of a summer, but the fall is sunny and warm, every darned day. Its cool at night, so the blooms on this rose are keeping for a long time, and no bugs. Cant believe it! Here is my peace rose. Ive never had it bloom outside of June before. It had a June show but short lived, and it was sheeting down cold rain at that time.

Thank you Heidi, MaryJane and Smity....I had an oriental poppy in bloom as well. I cut it back in July, and it had a couple of small flower stocks in September. This California is still in bloom. I actually have a lot you would expect like Cosmos Begonia and Geranium...but some are fall re-runs. Its great. I actually think California poppy is known to fall bloom, but not Orientals as far as I know.

Nice! Looks like it's covered in blooms Kat.
I have a Black Iris that I planted back in the spring ready to bloom.
I hope the cold snap we are expecting doesn't do it in..... I've got clemmies blooming their little hearts out and roses too.... I haven't had much time to get out and clean up and this weekend is major chaos with the kids moving out so not much hope there either....
