Yeah - ~slurp~ I vote for the "scratch & lick" !!! Those flans look so great! We were thrilled to find "beaver tails" at our Farmer's Market this summer! They are soooo good! Even got my 86 yr old Mom hooked on them too. Good thing they won't be back til next May or June! But - I heard there's no calories in things if you eat them while standing up!!
Gardening requires a lot of water - most of it in the form of perspiration.
