Lee I'm glad to see your ear popper is helping your hearing.
Katherine they say it's better to use unpasteurized apple cider vinegar.
I buy Eden organic you can get it in grocery stores it's in a brown glass bottle.
It's suppose to be good for many things.
Google apple cider vinegar benefits.
