They're all really cute, Chelsea, but, how do I go about using them for my avatar? I can copy it, but the reindeer's lights go out????

All you have to do is right click on the avatar you like, and save it where you keep your other avatar.

Or...Simply chose the one you want. Right click on it. Select Save Picture as.... then note where you save it on your computer.

Now go to User Control Panel and click on that. (It's right beside where you click to see any messages someone here has sent you).
Go to your profile, click on Edit Avatar Settings .....then click the Browse button.
A new window should appear.
Find where you put your new avatar, click on it. Then click open.
It should come up in the browse window, click submit.

My avatars are saved in "My Pictures".

.gif ( animated Avatar) images don't usually animate in picture viewers but will show the animation when you use them for your avatar in here.

Well, Dave,,I admit to being technically challenged,,no argument there at all,,but,the reindeer's lights are as dead as the top and bottom rows on my pre-lit Christmas tree, and I had nothing to do with the tree!

Huh? That's strange it doesn't animate. Let's see if it works for me...

....nope. Apparently it's too big to be an avatar. Sometimes that happens on different sites. You could use that reindeer as a siggy at the bottom of your posts though.

Sorry about that.
