Oh Lizzie, my dear!
did you get my snowmail yet? Having fun shoveling? Hope you enjoy it, as the forecast doesn't seem to say there will be White Christmas down there!

Re: Oh Lizzie, my dear!
Heidi...thank you, thank you, thank you!
Yes, we got a snowfall the other night around 10 p.m. and it was still on the ground all day ...Lily and Hamish were both afraid of it.
However, Lily got over this by the next day...and some more light stuff had fallen during the night too.
But, you really outdid yourself this morning, Heidi! We had a BLIZZARD! An honest to gosh blizzard. It lasted a good 3/4 of an hour...thick white blowing hard...(we are having a Big Storm here) with very wild winds (that rocked the car considerably) and it was GORGEOUS!
And then the rains came...as well as coming from the south so it has warmed up slightly...enough that there isn't any snow on roofs, sidewalks, roads...
So, thank you, thank you, thank you AGAIN!
And may you enjoy yours as much as I did! (if that isn't asking for too much!)
