I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable ring in of the new year. I was chatting with a net friend in Singapore when I noticed I was 10 minutes into the new year.
This morning dawned clear , but chilly, so the year is starting out great . .There's nothing like starting off the year with a sunny day .

Like every year ... I was sleeping before it hit.Our day dawned a bit dull,then the sun peeked out ,now it is snowing.Since we had chinese for christmas dinner I roasted a chicken for dinner today.

.... it was good but I can't help feeling I got gipped out of my turkey dinner ... big sigh

A grey and gloomy day here, after a PROMISE of sunshine.

I did not turn the tv on last night...but did note the time and DID intercom Jim to wish him a Happy New Year.
