These are the USDA regulations regarding seeds sent to the US. I is possible to send seeds to the US but they may be seized at the border. Before brining in any seeds it is wise to make sure that the plant isn't classified as a weed in your area and that it won't displace natural plants.

Yes, but those seeds were packaged by a seed company and followed the Cda rules (I checked with Agriculture Canada).
I might investigate getting a seed import permit under the USDA's "Small Seed" program. It looks like a lot of hoops to jump through but if I had a permit I could get seeds from Cda.

Unless they changed the laws in the past year, you always used to be able to and I have for several years
I did check the laws and yes you can send seeds
You can't send plants because disease can be on plants but not on seeds
