That would work if I had a door.... Think Les Nessman's office except that I have pony walls.

Re: Growing an avocado tree on my desk
We have the dumbest system. Magnetic name plates that can be moved to the next door, or the desk Assignment flap .
Here comes the dumb, The Desk numbers are moveable, just a U-shaped peace of plexi.
So people move, and they take their darned desk number, not just the magnetic plate.
And the building is renowned by being a labyrinth...I use a map but I have suggested putting GPS emmiting devices inside every computer.
Back on topic, Here is the Name "Tim" in Binary:
010101000110100101101101
Here it is in Hex:
54696D00
And In Octal:
124151155
I seem some mighty fine graphic opportunities there

Re: Growing an avocado tree on my desk
Hey, sure, I'm a geek... but I'm ok with that!
Now, for my favourite time of the week - Friday afternoon where I get to post pictures of Ralph/Frank/Sam/Timotree/Juanita/Jesus/<insert your name here>!
This week, still not much progress on the 4th leaf - I'm starting to get concerned as there was so much growth in the past 2 months, and now it seems to be slowing down. But the 3 big leaves are getting much bigger - they're now almost at full size. The trunk is also getting a little meatier, which is a good sign. I'm going to pick up a spray bottle of the weekend to mist the leaves, so hopefully that will have a positive effect.
Have a great weekend!

Ralphie boy looks very good considering you've been feeding him stimulants ...lol ... I think he will enjoy his new position and don't forget to rotate him so he grows up nice and straight.
