Blue orchid?

Blue orchid?

Our local IGA grocery store has blue orchids for sale this week. The colour looks beautiful but I am wondering if this is somehow not a natural thing. In other words, the next time it flowers, will the blooms be blue or will it convert back to white?

not 100% sure if it will. There are blue orchids but my motto is 'if it's too good to be true..it usually is'
