cactus pot size and soil level?
I have four 6in cactus, I believe they are the common desert cactus that I am thinking of re potting them to a nicer looking desert bowl. I think the container I have them in right now is too shallow its only 3in deep...what pot size should be suitable? and lets say I buy a pot that has 7in deep...should I filled it all up with cactus mix or is there a level that will keep them more happy?

Cactus can actually stay in those pots for a long time, however it sounds like yours are getting quite tall and may be prone to toppling over. A 7" deep pot would be sufficient for a long tme and Cactus mix is your best bet for planting.
If these are shorter cactus then of course a shallow bowl would be fine.
