Sweet Peas and Pumpkins

Still new to the gardening world, and certainly uneducated when seeds are in the mix.
Do sweet peas and pumpkins seeds need to be soaked before planting? If so, how and for how long? I'm in Zone 5B

You need to soak your sweet peas for 24 hrs. Shouldn't have to soak pumpkin seeds. Good Luck!
