I believe cukes require a fair bit of water Jazz.
My cukes have dwindles down to a precious couple ... and these are in totes.

Cukes enjoy sunshine as well. Test the soil to see if the soil is damp. I'm not certain about fertilizing.

Cucumbers need well drained soil. They like soil that a good amount of organic matter. Manure will give the plants the nutrients they require.
Insects, especially honeybees, pollinate cucumbers. If bees are not available the plants may not set fruit due to lack of pollination. Insufficient pollination sometimes results in deformed fruits. When applying insecticides, use caution to protect pollinating insects.
