New format
Sorry to the admin people who do the work but don't get the information! This new format is most definitely not to my liking either. Sometimes it is a good thing to leave well enough alone.

Re: New format
I bet Admin must take a very deep breath before hitting the GO on a new format.
Good luck with this...I'm sure it will be fine in time.

Re: New format
Once all the kinks are worked out it should function pretty much the same as the old one did. It's simply a newer, upgraded version.

Re: New format
I think at this point in time, it is really far to early to make an informed opinion as to the forum new layout. Although I do agree with you that thus far I don't like it.
But I've been digging all day to iprove the drainage around my foundation all week, combine that with the rain we've had in the last weeks I haven't been able to do much gardening, so I am grumpy
I don't suppose we can ever get our old accounts back ?

Another one of the things they are trying to work out...apparently the old accounts could not be copied over, but the are trying to come up with a way to do it.
Boy am I glad I don't have their jobs!!

Howdy, All!
Well, that was a challenge getting in here! The area to sign up for the list is misleading in what one is really doing. I had to modify my old user name because it was one letter too long.
The text and the lines on the page are too light for these old eyes; hopefully, they can make it darker. The page is too wide; I have to scroll back and forth to see the information is used to be able to see on one screen.
Hopefully, they will get these things fixed.

Re: New format
Hi, Kelly-
A couple of questions - where do I put the zone information so it shows up near the avatar?
How do I put in a signature?
Thanks, Trish

Hi Trish...In My Account, under city you can put in your zone, and of course change country to US!!LOL
For your signature you need to click on your name..takes you to your profile...click on PM (yourself) scroll to the top, you will see some tabs (user control Panel). Click on Edit Profile. On the side there will be yet more tabs..one is signature and avatar.
HAVE FUN!!
