Re: CONCERNS/COMPLAINTS
Kelly and Lyn
Every time, I read a message on any forum,
like when I read your message, when I hit the
back button to go to the next post I get a page saying
'Webpage has Expired'. Very annoying.
I have to go off this site and come back on to
read each and every post.
Also, I cannot believe how long it takes
for pages to load. Thanks
Sally

Re: CONCERNS/COMPLAINTS
First off I'd like to thank Kelly for holding down the fort tonight. She's done an admirable job of it. As she mentioned we heard a rumour an upgrade was coming but had no idea when. I definately agree it should have been better tested and run by a few poeople on the forum tom make sure it was working as it should before it was launched but since it wasn't we have to deal with it....
Sally - don't use your back button. It's a PITA but at the top of your scree either "Jump to" or "Return to the last board" you were on.

Re: CONCERNS/COMPLAINTS
My complaint is that the Board Index does not show which boards have topics I haven't read.

Re: CONCERNS/COMPLAINTS
Finding it VERY SLOW..taking a long time to load and I have a high speed conection (live in a Big city) I can only wonder at how slow it is for anyone on dial-up.
And the layout is just too much...too many adds, too much info in a small space.
I also second the need for a reply button at teh bottom of a thread...not the top.

The log-in window is very small & you cannot see the whole line of typing, there is no "remember me" tic-off" box and you have to log in every time you visit the site.

Ron, I have to login each time I leave my computer for a bit and it goes to "rest" mode....fortunately my Firefox browser remembers my login info and I only have to push the button again.
Watching, waiting and hoping. Hang in there mods...if it weren't for your soothing efforts we'd all be running around and screaming like banshees-laf!

Re: CONCERNS/COMPLAINTS
One problem I run into is that when I want to go back a page my browser comes up with " web page has expired" and then I have to looking again. Is this a site problem?

[size=150Hi Rosie,
That seems to be one of the glitches...try using the "back to OTGF" at the top left of the screen, Or it will say "back to board" to get back to the main index.

Re: CONCERNS/COMPLAINTS
It may be appropriate if I repeat a comment I made some place some how.
When at the bottome of the page you can tap the HOME BUTTON to get back to the top of the page.
