determining pepper

Hey all,

How does one keep track of what kind of pepper they've planted? I totally lost track and I don't know which ones should be red or green. Obviously all of them are green now so it makes harvesting them confusing. Anyone can help? Thanks!

When you plant them, put on a marker what the plant is

You can buy white makers at the $$$ store that stick in the soil and use a china maker to mark what the plant is

Hi:
Been there, done that!
The only thing I can suggest is to leave all the peppers alone for a while longer. Presumably the green ones will stay green, but the other colours will start changing ever-so-slightly in the next several days. Just keep an eye on them and you should be able to see whether any are changing their colour ever-so-slightly.

When I first started growing Green Zebra tomatoes I had a hard time judging when they were ripe! You eventually just get to know when they are starting to get the tiniest blush of yellow on them, and it's time to pick and eat. (Which I did yesterday!). *smile*
