Any one here take Tai Chi?

Any one here take Tai Chi?

I started taking Tai Chi in the spring and strongly recommend it.

I find that garden chores did not make me ache as much this year and my first day of skiing was very easy on the old body this year.

A gentle way to increase balance and muscle flexibilty.

Here is a link that tells you more about it if interested.

I do try and do a bit each day but Thursday is my weekly class day and I am looking forward for the session this afternoon.

No, but I take chai tea.

(sorry, couldn't resist the pun).

I used to, but it made my knees ache; so I switched to yoga, which I now do weekly classes of the gentle variety, for over-50's.

LOL, our instructors do show alternate ways if any body parts can't take it.

My sister takes yoga and swears by it.

BTW, why do spelling or grammar mistakes only show up after posting and never in the preview.
