Wow! Obviously the creative food juices are flowing!
Looks good and tasty.
I had to go into Kingston today to pick up some essentials from Costco, so didn't get back until around 3.30 pm. I did buy some chicken thighs, so we kept some out and I made a chicken thigh casserole. Very plain, no spices, but I still have fresh herbs growing, so used some sage, thyme and parsley.

Both look good.
Ron, the photo of your bread pudding reminded of what we use to call half hour pudding. Have you every heard of it? Not nearly as nourishing as bread pudding but quick, easy and cheap.
