Anyone have wireless internet from home

Smitty, I believe that you'd still have issues with that if the coverage in the area was blocked by hills or tree cover. I also think those thumb drives and the cost for service might be pretty expensive.

you may be right. I just saw the commercial for it. I'm fortunate to have access to highspeed thru the phone co.

I just remember hubby commenting on it when the commercial came on TV. They'd be great for people who are backpacking across Europe or climbing Kilimanjaro for sure. Gadget junkies would love them. I guess it's one of those things you'd have to look more closely at and weigh the pros and cons.
