Supper Dec. 05
Meatloaf with mushroom gravy.
I got a half kilogram each of honey garlic sausage & ground beef today @ half price & combined them to make the meatloaf. So for under $5 I have four meals covered.

Yummy . . I just love meatloaf !!
I always have to serve it with creamy mashed taters and peas or it just don't seem right.Funny how you get used to serving certain things together.

Honey garlic and ground beef? That sounds yummy. I hope it tasted as good as it sounds!

Sounds delish Ron, and a good deal too!
We were at another wine and port tasting in Picton, and we stayed overnight at a gorgeous Inn.
It was a Portuguese theme, of course, with the port. I really don't know that much about Portuguese food, so it was a good experience to have some actually cooked by a Portuguese chef. It's very hearty and heavy, but tasty!
