Keeping me out of Mischief!

I somehow found time to make these today.
I was very pleased with the eventual taste of the filling. I used three different recipes to get the right combination of spices.
Next will be the mince pies, when I have the time!

Unfortunately, the Gods are agin me. They've got me up to my eyebrows in office work, house work, shopping, wrapping, baking, cooking, washing, ironing.......!!!!! So, not much time to get myself into much mischief, although I do still remember.........!!!!!

In the meantime BF, yes, warm mince pies, with or without vanilla ice cream, are good. I'll get working on them as soon as I have a minute......or two!

Just curious bbq what do yu put in your pies. Here in quebec there are two ways. One with potatoes,pork oignons and sage. The other no potatoes. Sometimes people here will mix veal and pork. Yours look yummy. Jazz
