Re: Keeping me out of Mischief!
Those look beautiful!...and yum, it reminds me that I must make some up for our winter season.
I used pork (grind up a loin myself in the Cusinart); garlic, one potato diced, 2 cloves, and s&p. Simple yet so very very tasty.

Well, shoot!
A long explanatory list of ingredients has diskappeared, completely!
I replied to Jazz - hopefully I can remember! I do use mashed potato and onion, and sage, garlic, s&p, paprika, allspice, cinnamon and cloves, parsley and chicken stock.
I use mostly pork but some veal too.
I have found over the years that I needed to increase the spice ingredients a little, as we do like our food quite well seasoned.

Brenda,
Those look so scrumptious. When I saw the ones you made last year, I vowed to try my hand at making a few. Do you use the same recipes from previous years, or try new ones? If I find the time in the next couple of weeks, I will ask for your recipe (if you don't mind).

One for us, usually eaten on Christmas Eve.
The others are for my DD and DS - part of their 'stocking'!
They'll all be frozen until that time.
