With some Naan bread, to boot! :lol: Looks good.

I have been wearing a variety of hats today - bottle washer, shopper, personal assistant, executive secretary and cook!
There was little time for food preparation. I cheated. I used a package of Singapore Curry mix. I defrosted some chicken breasts. I had left-over rice. I fiddled around with it, added, subtracted, and this is the finished product. It was surprisingly tasty. The fresh coriander made it taste very fresh.

I'll pass on the spicy sauce and put BBQ's curry with some rice in the naan bread! YUM!
