Have you ever Googled yourself?

Have you ever Googled yourself?

Postby Ron Evers » Dec 10, 2008 11:30 pm

I was doing a little surfing & tried to find some mention of my grandfather who was captain of three different great lake freighters but found none. So for fun I tried "Ron Evers" & got hundreds of hits but many namesakes. I then tried "R.C. Evers", how my published technical papers & manuals were credited & only a very few came up.

Try your name, if you have not before, you will likely be surprised what will come up.
Ron.

Yes I have

There are about 15 pages with people with my name but none of them are me

Everyone from a movie actress, engineer , a doctor, ((sales and marketing ))) but that is not me

some live in Ont and one in BC and all over the place

so glad I am not on there anywhere

Now I am hungry, time for a mid nite snack then to bed

Ron

Besides the obvious, there is even a town with that name, intertainment etc etc but nothing pretaining to me
