got a snowman to show?
DH and I built this one last Thursday, when it was snowing big, sticky flakes. We barely finished, at 5PM when the snow began to turn more icy.
Here he was last week:

and here he is today. We neglected to build a solid base for him, and it has snowed a few times since.

Got any snowman pics?

Here was mine...she lasted for several days, and then melted into a puddle of Bling and bits.
I had a senior's moment when I named the picture...Missus Frosty, she should have been!

That's so cute! I never thought to dress mine in jewelry. Now I need to go out and play some more. He's not anywhere near melted, just leaning over. Soon he'll be down on his side, or I can prop him up with a ski pole or two.

This was the snowman my grandson's best friend made for him, when he was seriously injured, in a skiing accident, last February!
Bawled my eyes out when I saw it on Facebook!

That is such a thoughtful thing to do...and he had to put in a lot of effort too!

He's doing really well now; he has only 3% function in the left kidney, and that will never get better. The haematomas are still there, in the kidney and spleen,, but they are shrinking, very slowly; he is monitored every few months, and the doctors are pleased with his progress.
What's really, really nuts, is that the specialists cleared him to play hockey, as long as he wears a kidney guard!. Will never figure that one out, though! But,,I'm just the grandmother,

big hugs, Grandma...you need, and deserve them.
Perhaps he needs the sport to keep up spirits...but I'd be having kittens every time he played. since I don't know a thing ...incldg kidney guards, mine is just a grandmotherly opinion.
