MODS, Please help!

cathymorey just emailed me to say she cannot get on here, although she IS able to read the posts. She tried everything she knows to do, nothing works for her.

She tried emailing you, doing the 'forgotten password' thing....nothing doing. She sure misses everyone here, so she said.

Can do. One Question, has she tossed her cookies, cleared here cache empty temp files and all the fun stuff???? After that we're of no help and William will be on it. Thanks for the heads up (them techies were closed up over the holidays, lucky guys!!)

Yes, she did all that, still can't get in. These are a few emails she sent me.

Cathey, If you are reading this, please go to Tools on your browser then Internet options then Delete Browsing history.

That is, if you are on IE...you can also do this if you you use a PC by going to Internet options directly in your menu.

this should clear out any old stuff hanging around from before the "change".

If that still doesn't help, Diane can send me your email if you'd like and I can set you up directly with William.
