ID this plant

Hi everyone. I got this indoor from a nursery but the plant did not come with any ID nor care instruction. It did fine for the first few months. Now the leaves are falling. I am losing about 5 to 10 leaves a day. Can anyone ID this plant so I can see what I am doing wrong. Thank you
