I know, eh!!!! They lifted the fire ban but not the water ban.
"town" water comes from wells, so the underground water supply is low I guess. the bay is a little bit higher this year.

Would not have thought of using Shastas in a planter..... But then it would be a great use for all my extras I tend to have!
