Can anyone explain what to do about this?
Every time I come on the forum, go to post, change to a different topic, I get a warning message from Internet (Windows) messenger telling me
TrackerB is undefined.
etc.
I have to click out of it, over and over.
Same thing happens with local province newspapers, but not on CBC or UK Guardian sites.
I cannot make a copy of the message and post it for you to see.
It is Tracker9 with the others.

It's problem with your Windows system Liz. Have the Computer Guru look at it for you.

I don't know how computer savvy you are , but you may be able to fix the errors by typing "scanreg /fix " in a command prompt ( without the quotes and a space between the scanreg and /fix ) . That often fixes registry and dll errors in Windows . To get to a command prompt , click start , then in the search box on the start menu type "command" in XP and "cmd" in Vista or Windows7. In Vista or windows 7 when you type "cmd ( no quotes" it will open a box with cmd.exe at the top .. Click that to open the DOS ( command ) box type "scanreg /fix " and let it do its thing .. hopefully that will fix the problem .. You could try unplugging any USB devices first to see if that fixes the problem . There may be an error in the driver for one of them . Remember no quotes in scanreg, and space between scanreg and /fix

It is a service Microsoft has set up to run diagnostics and fix a number of common windows problems.. You can find it here.. http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/
