New Deck and Pond
I promised to post some "after" pictures of the deck. It really opens up the yard without the railing on it.
We have to finish sanding it and putting some kind of wood sealer on it.
All in a days work.

Oh wow! Looking good! the deck really does open it up! and the pond???? Well now you have a new spot to do some gardening!!! LOL

I sure do.... water gardening! Got some great planters planned for the deck too. Water planters! Got some of the King Tut Grass that Betty had in her garden and am aiming for a giant Taro for another pot.

Actually we dedcided not to put a rail on at all. It is within code and we put an apron all the way around that acts as a step. It's a bit of a high step but it works.
