So what's up with these messages i've been seeing in some posts the past two days?

Newbs uploading wrong file formats?
Images too racy?
If I knew you would have to kill me?

I already MSG'd the mod's and said, "Pleeeeeeeeeease, Pretty Pleeeeeeease" and they said not if I was the last guy on earth.

What more do I have to do?

What browser are you using? I don't have that problem with IE but on my work cimputer I often get the dreaded red X that I don't get on my computer at home.

The pix open fine in all three browsers here. (IE FF and Chrome) so you have something not right there Marc..
Have you done A/V scans and tried running Malwarebytes to see if a nasty may have snuck in and doing some interfering ?.. How about too many things open at once and RAM getting low ?..Doing it every time you try to visit that thread ?..

Yeah, yeah. All is good on my end.

I get the picture replaced by those words when *not* logged in.

When logged in the picture comes out fine.

This seems to happen only on the odd post with a picture. It's not across the board.

Definitely something with the message board and how it displays a picture for those logged in and those not logged in, and only for certain posts.

EDIT:
If someone wants to humour me for a second try this.

1. Log out of this forum
2. Delete all cookies (or the cookie(s) associated with this forum)
3. go to the "Container Gardening" forum, *Do not log in*, and click on the first link (titled: Parsley in Xmas container)

That explains it .. Most forums don't allow non members or members not logged in to view some of the content; just as most don't allow "guests" to post.
