I believe this is called nightshade ... a weed.

I agree with Laura. We call it Deadly Nightshade, but I don't know how poisonous it is.

That looks like the Climbing nightshade found here in BC..We have 3 varieties of nightshade here; none as toxic as the European Deadly nightshade.
There are other nightshade varieties in central and eastern Canada, so a search for nightshade varieties in your province wil l give you more information on the one you have.
Our climbing nightshade has red berries, Hairy nightshade has yellowish brown berries and the black nightshade have dark purplish to black berries.. It is the most toxic of the 3

This looks like the one we have here ... the berries start out green and turn red.The birds don't even eat them ... I think they might know something ... lol.
