Re: What is this plant?
im really not sure but the yellwo flower and the vines tell me its a cucumber plant acutally.
maybe it was starved of light and got really tall under the tomato shade trying to reach the sun.

From the size of the blossom, it can be either cucumber or melon.
When you moved it, did the foliage have a slight cucumber scent? If so, then most likely cucumber and not melon.

The leaves look like squash to me.

I have never planted cucumber. And no it did not have a cucumber scent. I did throw around some watermelon seeds last year when i was just getting into gardening. Could it be watermelon? it also didn't like the full sun, so obviously it was ideal for it to stay in the tomato plant shade. it almost wilted away to nothing but its making a comeback.

Nope.

Not necessarily.
Whenever you move something from one location to another there is a certain amount of transplant shock and "hardening off" might be required when the move results in entirely different growing conditions.

Your mystery plant could also be a melon from your compost pile...I had something growing unexpectedly one year and it turned out to be cantaloupe from my veggie scraps.
