Mionday Tommytoes!
I've been picking the odd ripe tomato for over a week now, but have been in competition with critters to get them before they're either stolen or eaten! I brought a few in a couple of days ago so ripen indoors.
This is the ripened haul this morning. Tommytoe salad on the menu today!

Yum, Brenda! I've only had the cherries ripening so far in my garden - Sungold and Black Cherry. I enjoyed them nonetheless. Your tommy salad is going to look wonderful!

Nice. I only had 3 toms ripen on me. All on the tom seed/plant I never ordered and must be some mistake.
My Marzano tom's are not anywhere near as nice of a red colour as yours. I'm jealous.

It will not only look good but taste really yummy, too. Among those tomatoes, Paul Robeson and San Marzano taste really good to me. Yumm…

K: My Brandywines are nowhere near ready yet - good size but still hard and green.
This was the salad I made for lunch yesterday, with fresh-picked basil, and a simple vinaigrette. The tomatoes were delicious.
