Home made hot Italian meatballs.

The wood is clear between the knots.

That would certainly go down well in our house Ron.

I made something that I'm sure most home cooks have in their repertoire. It's a really good chance to use up the odd veggie left over in the fridge before stocking up again.
We just call it minced beef hash. My husband loves it! It's different every time I make it because a lot depends on what veggies I have to use up. I did pick some hot peppers and a jalapeno from the garden and incorporated those! It was nice and spicy.

And plated with snap peas added for the last minute:

Suppers look great, Ron and Brenda.

We had ribeye steaks, corn, garlic bread, and new potatoes/green beans from the garden.

All are so very pleasing to the eye and very colourful.
