Multi Stemmed Katsura Trees
I have 2 multi stemmed Katsura trees. They are fairly young. What should I expect from them? Will they continue to grow in a columnar like form or will they branch out and grow like regular Katsura trees?
Why are multi stemmed a negative? (someone told me that)

Re: Multi Stemmed Katsura Trees
I would be worried about the tree in the second pic splitting in during a high wind especially when they get older.....that tree has a weak area a ground level.....you may want to brace that tree or even cut one of the stems off and grow it as a single stem.
