Good job! Good as new.
Here's a pic my nephew sent me of my moms car. Insurance told her they can sell off the parts for better profit than paying to fix it so they settled for ~9000 and scrapped the car.
I've seen worse damage get fixed up, but apparently the frame is cracked when the SUV hit it.
Maybe you got her hood

Too bad about your moms car Marc.
Our son wondered if they might write off our car since the repair was about $5,500 for a 2007 but no.
All new front parts ( AC & Cooling radiators & other things), hood & left fender. It is a local family run shop that does exceptional work. No masking off door handles or mirrors when painting, they are removed & replaced. Try to get this kind of workmanship @ Maaco.

I'm surprised they didn't scrap it for that price. Guess it was less cost for them to replace the parts than to salvage the parts and sell them, Dunno.
Her car is the same make as yours. Not sure about the year.
At first they wanted to offer around $7K. Nephew called me and said is this right. I said you have replacement value. Go to the dealer, get a quote for the exact same year with the same millage. Once in your hand argue the price with the insurance for replacement value to put the same car back in the driveway (been down this road before).
So he did.
They came back with that new price and she now has an SUV from that dealer.

Looks good Ron. Hope DD wasn't hurt in the accident.
