Vancouvers Granville Market fruit flan

This is from a trip to Granville Island Market in Vancouver more than a year ago. I remember when i took this photograph that the foodies on here might like it.

Ha ha, I think that was the general idea! Thanks everyone for the kind words. NOT a shud, but then you have to break out once in a while. I am hoping to get round to posting some of the better ones from the past year or so on here over the winter.
