Supper a couple weeks ago, lol!

Ha ha.... I havent posted a meal on here for ages. this was made i dont know when. Shot it. Meant to post it. Fuggotaboutit. Now that BBQ is back, I figure we'd better get cracking!

This is pork bits stir fried with garlic, soya sauce, red curry paste, chunks of oranges rind and all, strips of red peppers, couple handfuls of cashews and served with a bit of cilantro, over rice, and with brocolli. It was good.
