FALL FUNTEST

Just so we don't hijack Kat's awesome Colville Cottage....I thought i would start a new thread to see if there is interest in a Fall Foto Funtest!

now years ago we had the Fall Frolic Fsomething Fsomething (is that a sign of old age?????) The name of which was conspired by the formidable MareE.

BUT

This is a different time and a different forum....same but different forum. So we should up date. Hence the Fall Foto Funtest!

Not really Foto Contest more of a nontest like Lyn called it. We could come up with, say 4 categories (dogegories to some) and we'd all put our contributions in and have a vote in the end...would be the anonymous poll voting we have here...

Lots of lurkers in the forum .. Too bad it is so hard to get them to participate.

This is a great idea, but I dont know what to do about getting people to actually post. Lets try to be more inclusive? Perhaps they are worried they will get yelled at or disagreed with. Also, even though its a free country some people are very sensitive about criticism of their photographs.

I dont care, I just love photographs. No matter what. I try to be enthusiastic about everyones photos here. As Lizzie used to say this isnt a photography forum where we give each other hints.

Here are some suggestions for some categories. I agree it shouldnt be a contest, just a gallery.

home DYI /disaster /fabulous triumph
worst weather in the universe category

I was gonna say that we were possibly going to get the worstest weather ever....but I heard snowplows were on Lyn's road so I don't feel so bad!!!!!
