Christmas at the Casino ....

Well,we went to visit the in-laws last evening.Since they are "grounded" from going south,they are going to the local casino for christmas dinner.Apparently they have a big buffet there each tuesday.Since they are going out,and the rest of the relatives are leaving town,it will be just hubby and me for christmas here.

Father-in-law's leg is healing but very slowly and now he has macular degeneration in one eye.Due back at the doctor on january 15 to get another round of tests.Mother-in-law still planning on going south after that appointment.Wants hubby to take a week off work and drive them down there and fly back.

I just hope FIL heals up alright,I have been reading a bit about this eye thing and it sounds bad.
