[B_BQ]

I had a fairly busy day today.

First up was an appointment with the optometrist for my yearly checkup. Last year I didn't need new glasses. This year my eyesight has deteriorated, but only very slightly, so I may not, in fact, bother getting any new reading glasses as I can see perfectly well with those I've now had 2 years! I will fill the prescription for sunglasses though. I think they will be very useful for reading outdoors when the sun is bright.

I then spent a lot of time in the office transcribing the never ending reports. That went well.

Supper was Atlantic salmon fillets with a Thai coconut cream sauce. It turned out well. Palm sugar was involved and I found it too sweet for my liking. I added some lemon zest and cilantro to brighten it and take away some of the sweetness. I liked it and hubby liked it very much! I served it with Quinoa.
