Lee, I think the ones covered in powdered icing sugar might be shortbread, and along with the brown ones beside them, are my favorites.

Have already re-gifted one tray of regular Christmas cookies, to my sis, and made up another tray to re-gift to my SIL, from the two trays of Greek pastry. Will give the majority of the baklava to my DIL for her family's Christmas dinner; just too rich for us, and don't want it to go to waste.
