Someone's been up very early today!
And the same to you all. I love this little community of misfits, many ages, and our abiding interesting in things green and growing.

Ha ha ha! I misread Heidi's and thought she said "2031" and I thought, b-b-but I could be pushing up daisies by then!
2013, yes, I've got it right now!
LOVELY smiles for the day, Laura. Merci!
Rain, starving complaining wild birds, demanding pets one of which seems to be a very spoiled young "lady" (but a VERY good girl!...turkey is cooking away, I forgot the cranberries so must do THAT now or I'll have to use canned and hang up my chef's apron in shame.
Hey, Prairie People...Daughter One in St. Albert/near Edmonton, feeds the wild birds daily...found ground beneath (where she scatters LOTS of peanuts for jays, etc) BARE...except for lots of bunny rabbit prints and ..."do." Today she saw the bunny...white, of course...and they've had snow for three months. She is stealing broccolli from Christmas Dinner to have fresh greens for "Bunny" and will get some timothy hay and pellets tomorrow when the stores open. She lives in a large subdivision, and never expected a bunny.
Happy, Happy, Christmas!

Merry Christmas to all! Hoping you all had a really pleasant day!
Ours was an awesome day, with our almost 3 year old grand daughter, waking up and shrieking with happiness, because Santa found his way to Nanny's house! What a delight!
