Thanks Connie. I've spent my life working and only now can pay attention to some of the wonders around the garden. I'm finding that retirement is a little like summer holidays as a teenager, only you have a little more money and a lot more sense......

Is the green stuff on the water feature algae? From the top of the fountain to the base where the water trickles over the fountain is green, slippery, slimy stuff. The H2O2 seemed to work for a while but it's back.

Maybe soap and water......??

Oh, dear. Sounds like you're going to have to scrub the whole thing down with a scrub brush and a solution with bleach in it. Then, maybe add a tablespoon of bleach or chlorine each day (or once a week?), or some other chemical they use for pools, in order to keep it from coming back.

Where u have water and sun, u will have algae. It's harmless, and natural.
