Save your eggplant seeds in six easy steps

Step 4: Strain the liquid from the pulp.


Step 5: Spread the pulp on paper towels.


Step 6: Fold the towels and store in a well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight for about 2 or 3 days until seeds are dry and ready to plant.
