Stay strong and limber while gardening with these three simple moves.

Lower back stretch

Lower back; good for relaxation.

1 Sit on a bench or a chair with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart.

2 Slide your arms comfortably down your legs, letting your upper body drape over your thighs.

3 Keep your chin tucked toward your chest and hold for five deep breaths. On your final exhale, slowly and very gently roll up.
